Steven R. Brown, MD, FAAFP is Program Director and Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix Family Medicine Residency. He is a Past President of the Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors and 2021 winner of the ACGME's Parker J. Palmer Courage to Teach Award. He co-hosts the award-winning American Family Physician Podcast with residents.

Dr. Alice Mills is the Director of Career Development in the Office of Student Affairs, and Professor-Educator in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She obtained her MD from the University of California, Irvine and MPH from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and American College of Preventive Medicine (ACPM). Prior to her role in Cincinnati, OH, she was a faculty member in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. In 2017, under her leadership, the University of Cincinnati won the AAMC Careers in Medicine Excellence in Medical Student Career Advising Program Award. From 2019-2023, Dr. Mills served as Chair of the AAMC Careers in Medicine Advisory Committee.
