Harnessing ERAS Data in DWS Analytics for Schools - November 16

The Electronic Residency Application Service® (ERAS®) launched the Dean’s Office WorkStation (DWS) Analytics, a new feature for medical schools. The new DWS Analytics for Schools enables medical school deans and advisors to harness the power of ERAS data in generating a broad base of useful reports that provide insight into students’ activities in applying to residency. Medical school officials can access the rich and robust data that they can only get from the ERAS system to understand trends, identify new opportunities, evaluate, and measure impacts.

During the webinar, AAMC staff will provide the following training information:

• Accessing and navigating DWS Analytics for Schools.
• Tracking students’ progress and activity in the ERAS system: including assigned documents, applied programs, and insights into program signals and geographic preference selections.
• Viewing year-over-year trends to assess performance, identify opportunities and evaluate impacts

Attendees will be able to submit questions to AAMC staff as they register for the event, as well as during the presentation via the ‘Q&A chat’ panel. Following the presentation, there will be a Q&A session when AAMC staff will answer as many questions as time allows.
