This 90-minute webinar will provide practical guidance for student affairs professionals and others responsible for managing the career advising program at their medical school. The session will discuss effective practices for developing comprehensive career advising programs; strategies for recruiting, training, and communicating with specialty advisors; and approaches for facilitating specialty advisor engagement with students. Participants will leave with an understanding of the key elements of successful career advising programs as well as strategies for enhancing and improving existing services.
