CFAS/GFA: Better Together – Joint Session to Explore Areas of Interest and Opportunities for Collaboration - June 20

The Council of Faculty and Academic Societies (CFAS) and the Group on Faculty Affairs (GFA) are two AAMC groups with unique focus areas related to faculty life and work, but the groups also share interests that overlap. This session will provide a valuable opportunity for crossover engagement among CFAS representatives and GFA members.

During these challenging times for faculty, we hope that bringing together frontline faculty with faculty affairs offices will enable both groups to better understand the issues that faculty face and how these two AAMC groups can advance matters of importance to both constituencies. This session’s guided discussion and open dialogue will aim to identify synergies and opportunities for further collaboration on faculty issues.
