A Preliminary Research Review and Program Reactions to Program Signaling - April 11

Recorded On: 04/11/2023

Join us on Apr. 11 from 7-8 p.m. ET for a free webinar hosted by the Organization of Program Director Associations (OPDA) and the AAMC on topics that impact the transition to residency.

During the 2022-23 recruitment cycle, 16 specialties decided to use program signals during their recruitment cycle. This month, A Preliminary Research Review and Program Reactions to Program Signaling will explore research outcomes from the implementation of program signals as well as program director reactions to their implementation in their program and specialty. Our guest speakers will share what they’ve learned; whether the research findings support established hypotheses; what role (if any) program signals played in their selection process; and whether plans are underway in their specialty to revise their approach to program signals.
