CMOG Webinar: Innovative Patient-Centered Strategies to Address Length of Stay (LOS) and Patient Progression Challenges at Academic Medical Centers - September 30

Recorded On: 09/30/2022

Please join CMOs and other clinical leaders on Friday, September 30 from 3:00-4:15 pm ET to learn about an innovative patient-centered ACO case management-model which has focused on preventing readmissions, standardizing post-acute placement, identifying avoidable admissions, and has resulted in decreasing LOS. There will be a presentation from the team at Houston Methodist about their Medicare Enhanced Track ACO and there will also be time for an interactive discussion on recent trends of increasing LOS at many AMCs, which have been exacerbated by staffing shortages and post-acute placement issues. This presentation will be recorded if you are unable to attend.
