Nuts and Bolts of Virtual Interviewing - June 19

Medical schools are transitioning their interviews from an in-person to virtual format in the upcoming admissions cycle. This webinar will discuss important considerations when making this transition and provide tips for organizing and conducting live virtual interviews.

Specific topics will include adapting processes and materials, selecting an interview platform, preparing interviewers and applicants, and preparing for and conducting virtual interviews.

It will also discuss how to address possible complications from transitioning to virtual interviews without losing the effectiveness of the interview.

During the webinar, the AAMC will share guidance and tips on virtual interviews and constituents will share their experiences with virtual interviewing. There will also be opportunities for attendees to ask questions or share their experiences with virtual interviewing.
