New PDWS Scheduler Enhancements to Support Virtual Interviews - July 8

This season, ERAS® is introducing the following three new features to the Program Director’s WorkStation® (PDWS®) Scheduler to streamline the interview process.                                                 

• Interviewer Availability – Interviewers will now have the capability to mark their own availability for virtual interviews in the PDWS                                  
• Scheduler History – Complete catalog of actions taken by PDWS users, and
• Waitlist Automation – New filter! Programs can now search for applicants by their “Waitlisted Events’ Start Date”

Through step by step instruction participates will learn how the PDWS Scheduler is a centralized space for application review, scheduling, and other recruitment needs. Users will learn how video conferencing links can be included in PDWS scheduler invitations and other ways scheduler can be maximized as they navigate the interview season.

A demonstration of all three features will be conducted followed by a question and answer (Q&A) session. This training will reference basic knowledge on scheduling in ERAS.
