During this 60-minute webinar, Mary Mullaney, Director, Hospital Payment Policies and Kathy Reep, Senior Manager with PYA will review the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ Hospital Price Transparency Final Rule requirements and compliance concerns impacting hospitals.   Beginning January 1, 2021, hospitals will be required to post, in a machine-readable format, their payer-specific negotiated rates for 300 “shoppable” services and their standard charges for all items and services provided, defined as the gross charge, payer-specific negotiated charges, discounted cash price, and the de-identified minimum and maximum charges.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions during and after the presentation.
