With the ongoing efforts by programs to utilize holistic review to drive mission-aligned recruitment practices, it is especially important to have the tools to do so. Filters are a tool in the Program Director’s WorkStation (PDWS) that allow programs to screen applicants and identify those with program specific desirable characteristics in a high application volume context. Attendees will learn the skills necessary to create and configure filters in the PDWS in order to develop a holistic review of applications.
