Kevin Eide, Associate Vice President Financial Planning and Data Analytics Medical College of Wisconsin Kevin Eide, MDiv, has been employed with the Medical College of Wisconsin since 2004 and currently oversees the institution’s financial planning, analysis and business intelligence functions as well as faculty and executive compensation. Kevin’s previous role at MCW was in Human Resources as the AVP Total Rewards. Kevin is a former Chair of Human Resource Issues on the GBA Steering Committee. Prior to joining MCW, Kevin spent eight years in consulting, managing client projects from salary administration to executive compensation in the healthcare, education, manufacturing and not for profit industries. Kevin graduated from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School with a Master of Divinity degree and earned bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point. Kevin is currently pursuing his MBA at Purdue University.

As national director for partnerships, Kimara fosters multisector relationships within the healthcare ecosystem and broader social and community organizations to grow the KNN’s influence and advance human flourishing. Prior to her national director role, Kimara spent over 20 years in a variety of leadership roles, including interim vice president of human resources and faculty affairs. Kimara has played integral roles in shaping executive recruitment, talent acquisition, and staff and faculty development. Her partnership-building talents have earned Kimara national leadership roles with the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Group on Faculty Affairs as an elected member of the National Steering Committee and as a member of the Program Planning Subcommittee. Kimara has proven expertise in areas of organizational development and building partnerships that function with high levels of trust, engagement, and cooperation despite complex power structures. Her visionary, strategic leadership acumen has also proven key in positioning MCW as a national model for productive, cost effective, successful integration of Faculty Affairs and Human Resources. Kimara holds a B.A. in Psychology from Trinity International University. As part of her continuous pursuit of growth and learning, Kimara is actively engaged in coursework to obtain her MBA at University of Wisconsin - Parkside with estimated completion in 2021.

Amy S. Gottlieb, MD, FACP is the inaugural Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Professor of Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology at University of Massachusetts Medical School’s regional campus in Springfield, MA. As Chief Faculty Development Officer, she also holds a vice president-level role at Baystate Health, a large-diversified health system in western Massachusetts. Dr. Gottlieb received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard University and her medical degree from the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed a residency in General Internal Medicine at Brown University. Prior to entering Medicine, Dr. Gottlieb worked in Corporate Finance. She is Chair-Elect of the Association of American Medical Colleges’ Group on Women in Medicine and Science Steering Committee and former Chair of the Society of General Internal Medicine’s Women and Medicine Commission. She is also the founder of the Society’s Career Advising Program, a sponsorship initiative for women faculty that has engaged over 350 participants nationwide since 2013 and for which she received the 2020 Elnora M. Rhodes Service Award, symbolizing the highest level of service to the organization. Dr. Gottlieb’s book, "Closing the Gender Pay Gap in Medicine: A Roadmap for Healthcare Organizations and the Women Physicians Who Work for Them," was published by Springer in October 2020.
