AMCAS Updates, Applicant Work and Extracurricular Activity Experiences, and Preparing 2021 Cycle Applicants for the Choose Your Medical School Tool - February 9

This webinar will review important dates, policies, resources, and updates, including how COVID-19 has impacted the admissions process. Attendees will hear from two AMCAS Advisory Committee members, a pre-health advisor and admissions officer, who will share their perspectives on the cycle, including how the pandemic has impacted experiences and alternative grading, and offer their recommendations for applicants.

This presentation will also address how to support your 2021 cycle applicants with the opening of the Choose Your Medical School (CYMS) tool on February 19. The webinar will highlight key milestones and timelines for both applicants and schools, as well as how to help applicants with navigating the tool throughout the admissions process. There will also be time for questions and answers.
